Who We Are

Coordinator

Odyssea supports vulnerable youth who seek to improve their skills and/or access the labour market. In this context, vulnerability is understood as the status of unprivileged populations, such as low-income or unemployed people, victims of discrimination due to ethnicity, religion, race, gender or sexual orientation that are often marginalized. In current figures, third countries’ nationals cover half of our beneficiaries and female beneficiaries are represented at 47%. In Odyssea, we offer equal opportunities for all, regardless of gender, origin, religion, belief, disability or sexual orientation. We place people at the heart of the programs and services we develop, with the aim to meet their needs and help them gain the skills and confidence to become productive members of society.

Partner

EGINA works with different types of audiences, offering its services and trainings to youth and adults. In particular, thanks to a diversified team of professionals, we are able to offer such activities to different target groups as:

- youth and adults in situations of fewer opportunities from a social point of view (e.g., migrants, refugees, people at risk of social exclusion due to a problematic background)

- people with disabilities and mental health issues

- youth and adults in continuing education to improve their basic or advanced skills

- young people and adults in vocational training to upgrade their skills or expand their knowledge (including teachers and trainers)
